William David Ansley
Waynesboro, GA - William David "Bill" Ansley, 70, went home to be with the Lord on Monday October 12, 2020. He was born on September 18, 1950 in Kissimmee, Florida, to the late Talmadge and Ouida Durrence Ansley. Bill loved the Lord Jesus Christ with all of his heart. He pastored the Wren's Church of the Nazarene for seven years and was a member of the Augusta First Church of the Nazarene. He was a very hardworking and industrious man, with a tremendous talent in woodworking. Bill was an employee of Temple Inland in Thomson for over 20 years. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, and grandfather. Bill will be dearly missed by his family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by three brothers, Gene Ansley, Ray Ansley and Jimmy Ansley; and a sister, Debra Ansley.
Surviving are his wife of 27 years, Hazel Powers Wade Ansley of Waynesboro; three sons, Brad Ansley (Jennifer) of Thomson, Tab Ansley (Molly) of Thomson, and Will Wade (Olivia) of Waynesboro; a daughter, Cindy Cloud (Andy) of Martinez; seven grandchildren, Ethan Ansley, Carson Ansley, Mark Peel, Vince Peel, Brady Ansley, Elizabeth Henderson (Jarit), and Wyatt Wade; five great grandchildren, Krista Peel, Kylie Peel, Liam Peel, Charlie Henderson, and Willow Henderson; a sister-in-law, Libby Ansley; four nieces, Brooke Ogara, Holly Ansley, Robin Meehan, and Brooke Barnes; and lifelong best friend, Bruce Thompson.
Private services will be held.

Jonette Bea Bell
Thomson, GA – Mrs. Jonette Bea Bell, 78, beloved wife of William “Billy” Bell for 58 yrs. of Manassas Drive Thomson, Georgia, entered into rest October 9, 2020 at her home.
Mrs. Bell was born to the late Thomas “T.A” Wiggins and Dorothy “Dot” Hodges Wiggins of Sandersville, GA. She was owner and operator of the Brier Patch in Thomson, GA for 22 yrs. Jonette enjoyed crafting and hosting fall festivals every year. Mrs. Bell was loved by many and enjoyed giving back to the community. Jonette was predeceased by her parents, and a brother Tommy Wiggins.
Survivors include her husband, William “Billy” Bell; a son, Benjamin “Bengie” Bell; two daughters, Beth Downs (Keith) and Beverly Thompson (Kevin); five grandchildren, Lauren Bell, Bo Bell, Brandon Downs, Brooke Downs and Brycen Thompson; and two great-grandchildren, Jackson “Jack” Downs and Georgia Downs.
Per the family’s request there will be a private memorial service held at a later date.
A visitation was held at Beggs Funeral Home, Thomson, GA on Tuesday, October 13, 2020.
Per CDC requirements the family will be observing social distancing and masks were requested. Due to the current national health concern the family would appreciate all phone calls, cards, texts, and e-mails.

Appling, GA - Mrs. Charlotte James Bullard, 70, entered into rest October 10, 2020.
Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Drew Bullard of Appling, GA; mother, Dell James of Washington, GA; brother, Howard Ronald James of Washington, GA, Victor Bryan James of Appling, GA; sister, Susan Pilgrim (Larron) of Thomson, GA; numerous nieces and nephews, Shannon Scott (Joey), Savannah James, Bryanna Johnson (Jeremy), Summer Scott, Emma Scott, Rose Acevado, William Acevado, Jedediah Johnson, Walker Bullard (Laurice), Alice Bullard, Jamy Bullard (Jennifer), Sarah Bullard, and Ruby Bullard.

T C Dawson
Warrenton, GA - T.C. Dawson was born June 8, 1917, to the late Earl Gillom and Narcissus Dawson. He made his transition to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 8, 2020, at the comfort of his home.
He joined Salem Baptist Church at an earlier age. During that time, he served faithfully as a Deacon.
In the year of October 1968, T.C. and Katherine Dawson began home Bible study, along with Pastor Robert and Annie Thomas.
In August 1969, T.C. Dawson moved his membership to Martin Tabernacle Free Church of God in Christ, where he served as a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, and an ordained Elder. He served faithfully until his transition.
On August 22, 1943, T.C. and Katherine Dawson were united in Holy Matrimony. After dating one month, they were together for 72 years. In this union God blessed them with seven boys and seven girls.
T.C. Dawson was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Dawson, and four sons, Johnny C. Dawson, William Henry Dawson, Willie James Dawson, and David Dawson.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his devoted children, Lillie (Al) Freeman and Leroy Dawson of Atlanta, GA, Eddie (Barbara) Dawson, Willie James (Agnes) Dawson, Mae Lizzie (Ronnie) Kemp, Dorothy Mae Kendricks, Beatrice Kemp, Velma Dawson, and Gladys (Durrane) Britt, all of Warrenton, GA, Lorenzo (Debbie) Dawson of Hinesville, GA, and Mary (Kent) Gant of Dearing, GA; also 41 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many loving friends.

Appling, GA - Mr. Thomas M. Hill, 87, departed this earthly life October 7, 2020.
He leaves behind a loving and devoted wife of 52 years, Hattie Sturgis Hill of Thomson, GA; two sons, Billy Hill of Gibson, GA and Shawn Sturgis whom he considered as his own of Thomson, GA; a step-daughter, Charlotte Shorty of Thomson, GA; one granddaughter, Tanise Hill of Thomson, GA; five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Esther Terry of Manhattan, NY, Flora (Jerodus, Sr.) Allen and Louvenia Hamilton, all of Thomson, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
Graveside services were held October 10, 2020 at William Hill Cemetery, Thomson, GA with Rev. Dr. Willie J. Wiley, Presiding Elder (Augusta-Sparta District), Officiating.

Dearing, GA - Mrs. Betty Ann McGuyton, died October 11, 2020.
She is survived by her two daughters, Nicky (James) Howell, Dearing, and Cathy Williams (Greg King), Hephzibah; her son, James McGuyton, Greenville; her grandchildren, Courtney (Josh) Johnson and Keith (Ashton) Howell, both of Thomson, Kristen McGuyton, Hephzibah, Lee (Heather) Smith), Mitchell, and Preston Howell, Cody Howell and Luke Howell, all of Dearing; nine great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; and a sister, Callie Clark, Thomson.
