Daniels a/k/a Minnie Daniels to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as grantee, as nominee for Indymac Bank, F.S.B., a federally chartered savings bank, its successors and assigns dated 11/1/2005 and recorded in Deed Book 424 Page 395 McDuffie County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee for HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST Series INABS 2005-D, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES Series INABS 2005-D, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $54,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of McDuffie County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on November 2, 2021 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All That certain parcel of land situate in the City of Thomson, the 134th District, G.M., County of McDuffie, and State of Georgia being known and designated as Lot No. 4, Block B, Section I of the McNeill-Usry Subdivision, which said lot is more fully described with reference to a certain plat of survey thereof, prepared by Russell P. Howard, Registered Surveyor, dated November 25, 1971, a copy of which said plat of survey is of record in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, McDuffie County, Georgia, in Plat Book K, Page 20 as follows; Beginning at an iron pin located on the Northwesterly side of Robin Street, which said pin is 266.9 feet Southwesterly from the intersection thereof with the Southwesterly right of way line of Matthew Street, and from such point of beginning proceeding thence North 19° 15’ West for a distance of 130 feet to an iron pin; thence proceeding South 70° 45’ West for a distance of 80 feet to an iron pin; proceeding thence South 19° 15’ East for a distance of 130 feet to an iron pin on the Northwesterly right of way line of the said Robin Street; and thence proceeding North 70° 45’ East, along said right of way line, for a distance of 80 feet, to an iron pin, the point of beginning, all as will more fully appear with reference to said plat of survey, which, by this reference, is incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
