Lady Hurricanes storm Lady Bulldogs

Miyah Rogers moves the ball against the Lady Hurricanes.
The Thomson Lady Bulldogs lost two games to the Monticello Hurricanes last week.
On Tuesday, the Dogs lost to Monticello 47-39 in Jasper County.
Zakeya Goldsberry, assistant coach directing the team in the absence of Christian Wilder, who is on maternity leave, said the game was tight until Class AA Monticello pulled away in the final 2 minutes of the 4th quarter.
Jamiah Lane led THS with 22 points.
At the Dog House Saturday, Thomson lost their second matchup 39-27.
Lane led the Dogs with 16 points, and Miyah Rogers and Gabby Cain contributed with four steals each.
