Current Mayor Bobby Culpepper decided not to seek re-election. The voters also re-elected John A. Thigpen and Danny Bellavance to the Harlem City Council. Thigpen is Mayor Pro-Tem and also is the Chief of Thomson Fire & Rescue in Thomson, Georgia.
The regular election in Warrenton included the positions of mayor; District 1, Post 1 and District 2, Post 1.
