Lilí Bo Peep gears up for back-to-school with drive

During the Aug. 2 Open House at Lilí Bo Peep Learning Center, Tessie Tutt fills out the paperwork to enroll her two children.
Music, dancing, food, fun and school supplies were the features that brought children and adults to a local learning center Aug. 2.
The Lilí Bo Peep Learning Center at 413 Salem Road in Thomson held an open house and a back-to-school drive.
According to Kakika Moss, the owner, the childcare/day care center wanted to help students and adults from McDuffie County have needed supplies when school began Aug. 4 and to allow parents with small children the opportunity to view the childcare learning center and enroll them for childcare and education.
