Mrs. Brenda Gail (Hinton) Hobbs
Mrs. Brenda Gail (Hinton) Hobbs, age 63, beloved wife of Mr. Edwin Hobbs, entered into rest Sunday, May 28, in Amara Health and Rehabilitation. Mrs. Hobbs is the daughter of the late Mr. Ralph Eugene Hinton and Mrs. Shirley Ann Welch Hinton.
Mrs. Hobbs was a native of McDuffie County, but had lived in Wrens for many years. She was a homemaker and a member of Sweetwater Baptist Church, Thomson. She was a loving mother and wife and a friend to everyone.
Survivors include her husband, Mr. Edwin Hobbs, Wrens; daughter, Shawna Bolander (Royce Wayne Culver Jr.); two sons, Brian Bruce McGahee and Edward Eugene McGahee, both of Dearing; two sisters, Patricia Ann Hair (Alvin), North Augusta, S.C., Marsha Lynn Stewart (Dwayne Foor), Boneville; three brothers, Ralph Eugene Hinton, Russell Hinton, and Andy Hinton; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home. A memorial service will be private and held at a later date.
