By Linda Green

The female half of the couple charged in the shooting and dragging death of a Glascock County woman pled guilty Thursday, May 1 in McDuffie County Superior Court.
Tina Wells pleaded guilty to the Sept. 29, 2011 murder of Jennifer Kitchens Wells.
Wells pled guilty to a charge of malice murder and was sentenced to life in prison, said Amy Clark, McDuffie County Chief Deputy Clerk of Court. Wells also pled guilty to a charge of armed robbery and was sentenced to 20 years confinement by Superior Court Judge Roger Dunaway.
