• Blount’s latest book shares business wisdom

Thomson’s own Jeb Blount has now released “People Love You.” This is his sixth book. Four are now on audio.
Blount, chief executive officer and founder of SalesGravy.com, penned the latest book to follow and complement “People Buy You,” which was published in 2010.
“People Buy You would be married to this one, but is focused on sales. This book is more about how do you retain your customers long term,” said Blount. “How do you build longterm, sustainable relationships with your customers?”
Blount said customer experience is now the new marketing and companies have to consider how customer experience fits into the entire marketing paradigm to support the brand.
“The whole concept here is that buyers’ relationship with your business is emotional,” he added.
