The Thomson Lady Bulldogs lost two region games to Dodge County Friday and Saturday.
THS visited the Lady Indians Friday night, and were shutout 8-0, as Dodge County allowed the Dogs only one hit.
On Saturday, Dodge visited Thomson and came away with a 12-1 win.
Danny Farrell, THS head coach, said the Lady Dogs didn’t give pitcher Bryanna Neal much support in either game.
“We are going to regroup and focus a lot on swinging the bats,” he said. “Defensively, we played well, but we struggled at the plate and on the mound in certain situations.”
