The Thomson Bulldogs came up a run short against the Harlem Bulldogs Friday night at Bulldog Field.
Thomson lost 3-2, giving Harlem a bit of revenge for a 10-2 loss to the Bulldogs earlier in the year.
“We were up for the game, but their pitching was better this game and we didn’t hit the ball as well as before,” said Aaron Hall, Thomson head coach.
The teams each scored single runs in the first and third innings, with Harlem pushing the winning run across in the sixth inning.
