• Hampton Inn showcases hotel at ribbon cutting

Hampton Inn opened its doors and welcomed community and business leaders on March 18 when it held its official ribbon cutting.
Tish Chase, executive director of the Thomson-McDuffie Chamber of Commerce, helped Gia Gardere, general manager of Hampton Inn, cut the ceremonial ribbon.
The hotel has 88 rooms, a fitness center, a business center, a guest laundry, and outdoor pool with a spa. Complimentary breakfast is provided daily for guests and hot coffee is available 24 hours a day.
“We have exceptional guest services agents here at the front desk. Our entire staff is willing to go above and beyond to make everyone’s stay enjoyable,” Gardere said. The staff consists of 25 employees, including managers.
