A trio of teachers from Thomson High School are at boot camp.
Each year, the Marine Corps Educator's Workshop covers the expenses for the annual awareness program geared towards informing high school and college educators, local community leaders and media about the making of a U.S. Marine.
This week, Cecil Strong, Thomson High School principal; Brian Baldowski, Thomson High School language arts teacher; and Cdr. Keith Ullman, senior Naval Science instructor at THS, are attending the four-day workshop at Parris Island, S.C.
