By Linda Green

Ensuring that law enforcement officers and prosecutors work together on DUI and related offenses is behind a joint training session being hosted by the Warren County Sheriff's Office.
The free, six-hour course is designed to bring police officers and prosecutors from the area to the Juvenile Courtroom in the Warren County Community Services Building on Thurs., March 7 for training on investigating and prosecuting DUI cases.
The 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. session, presented by the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia and funded by the Governor's Office of Highway Safety, will bring law enforcement officers and prosecutors from McDuffie, Glascock, Hancock, Lincoln, Taliaferro, Warren and Wilkes counties together to learn and discuss the latest strategies and techniques for investigating and prosecuting DUI offenses within their area.
