• No signs plane touched runway

The NTSB, FAA and GBI officials continue to look into the jet crash that claimed the lives of five people Feb. 20.
The jet, a Beechcraft Premier 1A, went down shortly after 8 p.m., off Washington Road, behind Milliken & Company, according to the National Transportation Safety Board.
The McDuffie County Coroner’s Office reported that Dr. Steven M. Roth, 48; Kim Davidson, 43; Lisa Volpitto, 46; Tiffany Porter, 28; and Heidi McCorkle, 28, were killed in the crash. All five were employed by The Vein Guys in Evans. On Sunday, Revivify Church in Evans held a memorial service for the five.
