• Crash injures two

Two women were injured in a Wednesday afternoon crash on Main Street. Thomson Police Officer Tiquila Wynn said Agnes M. Sangster, 73, of Dell Drive, was driving a Honda Civic south on Main Street. She pulled into the path of a southbound Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Joan Moss, 46, of Warrenton. Both were taken to University McDuffie with injuries that emergency personnel said were not life-threatening. Sangster was charged with failure to yield right of way in the 3:45 p.m. accident.
