Julie Langham was promoted to dean/director of the Thomson-McDuffie Augusta Tech campus Feb 1.
Langham, who grew up in Thomson after moving here at age 7, replaces Ted Duzenski, who served as vice president of operation at the Thomson-McDuffie campus. He retires March 31, but until then will be working on special projects, mainly the SACS accreditation.
“It was basically the same thing, they just changed the way it is titled,” said Langham.
Langham, 35, previously served as enrollment manager and worked closely with Duzenski. Her role the past 11 years has been mostly in recruiting and admissions.
