• Dogs defeat 7th-ranked Golden Hawks

The Thomson Bulldogs kept their region record spotless after winning 69-68 against seventh -ranked Washington County Tuesday night.
With three minutes left, unranked Thomson had a 67-62 lead after a 3-point shot by Torrie Battle.
The lead changed hands and with just under a minute left, Sherrod Hart hit two free throws to give Thomson a 69-68 lead. The Golden Hawks had a chance to win with three seconds left, but a miss in the lane by Washington’s leading scorer A.J. Gray was grabbed by Thomson.
