Three people went to the hospital with injuries following a Dec. 27 accident on Augusta Hwy.
Georgia State Patrol TFC Matt McDonald reported the accident occurred at 9:13 p.m., at the intersection of Augusta Hwy. and the Thomson Bypass.
MacDonald said a Ford F-150, driven by Victor L. Byrd, 49, of Wire Road, was northbound on the by-pass and failed to stop for a red traffic light.
