Children and adults gathered Friday, Dec. 14, for a very special luncheon filled with holiday cheer. Students with varied degrees of disabilities host the annual holiday program.
Margaret Samuels, director of student services for McDuffie County Schools, said the students work in the classroom to better their skills in communication and socialization. The dinner is not only a fun day for students and attendees alike, but also serves as a platform for the students to practice their skills. The event featured all grade levels of children from around the district.
