• Three-pointers help Lady Bucs win

The undefeated Lady Bucs found themselves on the ropes Friday night early but made a defensive change which led to at 56-39 win over a visiting team from Thomas Jefferson Academy.
“They kind of threw a different look at us. They like to slow the game down and that 2-1-2 zone they’ve got is pretty frustrating,” said Briarwood Coach Keith Johnson.
Thomas Jefferson took the lead and stretched it to 13-7 part of the way through the first quarter. But the Lady Bucs soon adapted.
