• Man jailed after firing shot while intoxicated

A Thomson man is in the McDuffie County jail awaiting bond for shooting a gun while intoxicated.
McDuffie County deputies were called to the 700 block of McDuffie Avenue Saturday to address a dispute between neighbors.
