ē Church invites all to give thanks at Eucharist service
By Wayne Parham

Macedonia United Methodist Church will open itís door early this Sunday as it welcomes the community to attend a Eucharist service at 8:30 a.m.
David Sisler, pastor of the church, said the Eucharist service will be a time of thanksgiving.
ďItís going to be a service of thanksgiving, because thatís what the word Eucharist means. Itís a Greek word that means giving thanks. Itís actually used 30 some times in the new testament,Ē Sisler said.
This service is open to the churchís congregation, but also for anyone in the community. Sisler said this is a good service for someone in the community who may not attend church anymore.
