The Thomson High School 9th Grade Bulldogs finished their season with a 33-22 win Thursday at The Brickyard against the Jefferson County Warriors.
Chris Hodges, coach for the Bulldogs, said the team had some good things against the Warriors, but there is a lot of room for improvement, which you would expect with a ninth grade team.
“Jefferson County got some huge momentum at the start of the second half and our guys did a great job of continuing to fight and stay out in front,” Hodges said. “They have a very athletic team and our defense contained them most of the game.”
