• Tower upgraded at local radio station

A three-man crew from Burckhalter Tower Service, of Summerville, S.C.; spent several days working to upgrade the tower at WTHO-FM.
Mike Walls, station owner and engineer, said a section was added which increased the tower’s height by 25 feet. The addition will allow room for the station’s plan to rebroadcast WTWA programming at 104.6 MHz.
