Tim D. Grooms
Tim Douglas Grooms, 59, of Lincolnton, Ga., husband of Linda Grooms & father of Ginger Grooms-Vaughan & William D. Grooms, died on Tues., Oct. 16, 2012.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Fri., Oct. 19, at Platt's Funeral Home in Evans, Ga. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Selita A. Gulledge
Selita A. Gulledge, of Thomson, Ga., entered into rest at her home on Oct. 16, 2012 after a prolonged illness.
Friends may call at 11 a.m. on Thurs., Oct. 18, at Beggs Funeral Home in Thomson.

Indoor Comfort Systems
Michelle Ann Law, 33, of Winfield Hills Rd. in Appling, Ga., entered into rest on Oct. 16, 2012.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sat., Oct. 20, at Sharon Baptist Church with Rev. Andy Collins officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Michelle was born in Augusta, Ga. and grew up in Columbia County. She was a 1997 graduate of Harlem High School. Michelle was the office manager for Indoor Comfort Solutions. She attended Sharon Baptist Church.
Survivors include her beloved husband, Christopher Law and their daughter, Emily Law; parents, Frank Peterson and Pam Peterson; brother, Adam Peterson; sisters, Breanna Peterson and Nicole Peterson, all of Grovetown; grandmothers, Margaret Crotty and Yone Peterson, both of Augusta; father and mother in law, Wayne Law and Kathy Law; brother in law, Joseph Law, all of Thomson. Michelle was preceded in death by her biological father, Michael Leedom.
The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. on Fri., Oct. 19, at the funeral home.
Beggs Funeral Home, Thomson, Ga., is in charge of arrangements.

Martha May
Martha May, 70, of Appling, Ga., wife of Jerome Jay May & mother of Ann Cohen, Matt May & Bobby May, entered into rest on Tues., Oct. 16, 2012.
The family will receive friends on Thurs., Oct. 18, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Fri., Oct. 19, at the Columbia Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. Interment will be in Westover Memorial Park.

Weida B. Morris
Weida Bell Finch Morris, of Harlem, Ga., wife of Michael Morris, passed away on Oct. 15, 2012.
Memorial services will be held on Sun., Oct. 21, at 3 p.m. at the Chapel of Lord & Stephens, East, in Athens, Ga. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Following the service, the family will gather at 1218 Hull Rd. in Athens.
