• Family Y children celebrate ‘spirit’ with Thomson Bulldogs

Teamwork and sportsmanship were the centerpieces of learning for children involved in the child watch program at the Family Y.
The children learned about those qualities as the Y celebrated Spirit Week, Sept. 24-28. Y members and their children showed team spirit by wearing the athletic jersies and colors of their favorite sports team.
A highlight of the week occurred Thursday evening as Thomson Bulldog Coach Milan Turner, members of Bulldog team, cheerleaders and T-Bone visited the children and shared in a time of devotion.
