DaVita, an international healthcare company, is just about ready to open the doors at it’s dialysis center in Thomson.
Teri Beth Gehman-Darnall, group facility administrator for DaVita, says the company is separated from other dialysis providers by its core values.
“We want to be the employer, the provider, and the partner of choice. We provide the best quality of patient care we can,” she said. “We want to be the best healthcare company in the world.”
She wants her dialysis patients to be comfortable while in treatment, but also wants the staff and the patients to enjoy working together.
“We want to make this a place where they want to come because they enjoy who they are working with,” she said.
Likewise, Gehman-Darnall wants the staff to enjoy coming to work and seeing the patients.
