A Tuesday evening traffic stop by a Thomson Police officer resulted in two men being arrested and charged with drug possession.
Patrolman Chris Mullis pulled over an SUV because the trailer being towed did not have a tag. The police officer stopped the vehicle in the parking lot of Fastenal on Main Street.
According to Police Capt. Jamie Bridges, when Officer Mullis approached the vehicle, being driven by Michael W. Glass, 50, of the 1400 black of Huntly Circle in Thomson, the driver’s suspicious actions and avoidance of eye contact put him on alert.
