• Rededication to ministry leads to transformed congregation

A church in Warrenton has been transformed as a result of the members rededicating themselves to Christ and to ministry.
“The Bible says that we are actually transformed from an old mind to a new mind,” said the Rev. Andrew Grant, pastor of Cody Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
Located at 3177 E. Warrenton Road in Warrenton, the members of the 139-year old church have a new perspective about worship and faith.
“They felt they needed a renewing of the mind. It is a result of the spirit that God has placed there,” said Grant, who is entering his sixth year as pastor of Cody Grove.
