• Bulldogs prevail in scrimmage at Evans

The Thomson Bulldogs won Friday night’s scrimmage 32-27 against the Evans Knights in Columbia County.
The first team played the first two quarters and the first series in the half and built a 20-7 lead before other squads finished the game, including some players from the ninth-grade team.
Thomson blew several scoring chances in the first two quarters, said Milan Turner, Thomson head coach,
“We should have scored some more,” said the coach.
