• Tractor Supply Co. holds pet adoption and petting zoo

Tractor Supply Co., of Thomson, will culminate it’s annual Pet Appreciation Week with a pet adoption and petting zoo Saturday, Aug. 18.
Ayla Harville, of the Thomson store, said the store had pet-related items on sell throughout the week. On Saturday, The McDuffie County Animal Shelter and Southern Souls, an animal rescue group, will be on hand with pets to adopt.
