• Shiloh is a place to meet God

The Hebrew Bible defines Shiloh as an assembly place for the people of Israel.
That definition is the motto of a Thomson congregation.
Shiloh Y.P.D. Ministries “is a place to meet God,” said Pastor Barry Whitfield.
He defines the worship center as a place where worshippers encounter God, testify, learn and praise. He said Shiloh is about allowing people to freely express themselves.
“When a person goes into a house of worship, there should be a purpose and they should receive an active knowledge of the truth,” he said. “It is about letting go and letting God.”
