One person went to the hospital with injuries that were not thought to be serious following a 7:55 a.m. accident Monday morning at the corner of West Hill and National Avenue. Thomson Police Sgt. Willie Williams stated in a report that Jessica L Cotton, 34, of Warrenton, pulled a Honda Odyssey into the path of a Honda Accord driven by 35-year-old Adrienne E. Johnson, of Martinez. Cotton was transported to the hospital and two children in Cotton’s car were uninjured. Cotton was charged with failure to yield, said Williams.
